1. Accurate request
The customer must accurately state intended use, location, period, quantity and technical/operating requirements and disclose conditions affecting asset selection, safety or transport.
2. Acceptance
The quotation, price, VAT, included services and terms must be reviewed before acceptance. Electronic acceptance is treated as approval from the authorized account.
3. Site and operation
The customer must provide a suitable and safe access/operating site and must not allow use by unqualified persons or outside the approved purpose.
4. Care
Reasonable care is required. Breakdowns, incidents, theft or damage must be reported promptly, and material repairs must not be performed without vendor approval except where law/contract permits urgent action.
5. Payments
Approved amounts and due dates, including properly documented additional charges, must be paid in accordance with the contract. Disputes should be submitted with evidence through available channels.
6. Return
The asset must be made available for return at the agreed time/site and in expected condition, allowing for accepted normal wear and tear.
