RentX enables asset listings, requests, matching, quotations, contracts and operational/financial records. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a listed vendor/asset does not mean RentX owns or directly operates the asset.
Verification
RentX may review vendor documents and display verification status, but verification is not an absolute guarantee of future performance. Each vendor remains responsible for licenses, assets and obligations.
Information and prices
Indicative or vendor-provided pricing may be displayed. The final accepted quotation and contract govern price and scope.
Off-platform dealings
RentX encourages material transactions, changes and approvals to be documented on-platform; off-platform dealings may reduce the ability to verify records or assist with disputes.
