1. Invoices
RentX creates operational billing records linked to rentals/services. Where the entity is subject to Saudi tax/e-invoicing requirements, the final tax document must be issued through a solution compliant with ZATCA requirements.
2. Collections
Users select an issued invoice and the outstanding balance is shown. The system prevents collection amounts above the balance unless an approved corrective process is used.
3. Payment gateways
RentX may integrate independent payment gateways. Card/payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s terms/security, and RentX does not store full card data where processing occurs through the provider’s hosted/tokenized flow.
4. Subscription and commission
Vendor subscriptions, percentage/fixed commission or a hybrid model may apply according to Platform settings and the current commercial agreement, with relevant fees disclosed where required.
5. Settlements
Vendor payables, collections, fees and settlements are tracked in financial records. A displayed wallet balance is not a bank/e-money balance unless a licensed payment service is specifically enabled.
