1. Rental request
The customer specifies the category/asset, quantity, city/site, start/end dates or duration and operating requirements. All data should be reviewed before submission.
2. Quotation
The quotation states unit rate, pricing unit, period, quantity, included services (operator, transport, fuel, insurance), payment terms and delivery terms. VAT is calculated automatically from the Platform setting where applicable.
3. Asset allocation
A specifically requested asset is linked to the rental on acceptance. For category-based requests, the vendor must allocate the actual eligible asset before delivery. After allocation, handover and rental-related maintenance cannot be documented against a different asset.
4. Delivery
Asset condition may be documented through condition grade, meter/fuel, photos, checklist and signatures. Acceptance of a handover record does not waive hidden defects or mandatory statutory rights.
5. Use
The customer must operate safely and only for the approved site/purpose and may not modify, sub-rent or transfer the asset where approval is required.
6. Maintenance and breakdowns
Maintenance requests are submitted against the asset assigned to the rental. Breakdowns/incidents must be reported promptly and operation stopped if continuing may increase damage or create a safety risk.
7. Extensions
An extension is a separate request subject to asset availability, vendor approval and revised pricing. Continued use after the end date is not an automatic extension.
8. Return
Return is documented by a final handover report. Proven and approved damage, loss, fuel, cleaning, delay or extra service charges may apply under the contract and operational record.
9. Cancellation
The cancellation/refund policy and accepted quotation/contract apply, taking into account service commencement, mobilization costs, delivered services and mandatory statutory rights.
