1. Before quotation acceptance
A request may generally be withdrawn before a quotation is accepted unless a separately documented obligation or paid service has already commenced.
2. After acceptance and before mobilization
Cancellation is subject to the accepted quotation/contract. Contractually permitted, documented non-refundable costs incurred specifically for the request may be deducted.
3. After performance/mobilization starts
Delivered services, transport/mobilization, permits, labor and other approved incurred costs may be taken into account before determining any refundable amount.
4. Statutory rights
This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Statutory withdrawal/return rights are subject to conditions and exceptions depending on goods/service type and use; some services, including transport in relevant cases, may fall within statutory exceptions. Where a statutory cancellation right applies due to delayed delivery/performance, the applicable legal periods and remedies remain available.
5. Refund processing
Once approved, a refund is processed through an available payment method or other agreed method in accordance with applicable requirements and the payment provider. Electronic status is shown where supported.
6. Disputes
A refund/cancellation decision can be disputed through support/complaints with supporting evidence, without limiting recourse to competent authorities.
